  • After you've submitted the Enquiry Form, the initial step in our process involves getting in touch with you to discuss the completed form. Typically, this communication occurs via email, during which we might inquire if you're interested in joining our waitlist, given that immediate availability is seldom possible.

When a suitable opening becomes available for your project, we will send you an email and secure a spot for you. This stage is followed by the completion of a Brand Discovery Questionnaire from your end, alongside our undertaking of the Brand Vision Consultation.

  • Our process kicks off by requesting you to fill out the Brand Discovery Questionnaire, a comprehensive form tailored to the services you've selected. It covers various aspects, including details to be included in business cards or social media templates, and preferences for editing those templates yourself.

The questionnaire is also a chance for you to articulate your colour and style preferences. Feel free to include references, like a self-created mood board or Pinterest board, or even highlight any of our previous projects that resonate with you! This step ensures that your branding journey is uniquely aligned with your vision.

  • You might be curious about what a Brand Vision Consultation entails. No worries, we recognise the need to demystify design jargon.

In a nutshell, the Brand Vision Consultation will present you with several mood boards inspired by the input and details you provided in the Brand Discovery Questionnaire. These mood boards encompass color palette suggestions, font styles, and a preliminary art direction for the initial designs.

This is a collaborative phase. We acknowledge the significance of adjustments, particularly to elements like the colour palette, as they are essential to you. The mood boards represent a broad style and creative direction, offering a glimpse into your design preferences and helping you narrow down potential choices when different styles are competing for your attention.

Following the Brand Vision Consultation, you'll pick one of the mood boards to guide the next stage in the journey: the creation of the initial designs.

  • Moving forward in our journey, we'll dive into the initial design phase. This is where all the services you've picked come together in one neat document, our Initial Design Proposal. This proposal will rock an art direction influenced by the mood board you chose in our Brand Vision Consultation.

Over the years, we've seen that showing the whole brand design upfront, rather than bits and pieces as they're done, helps clients get the bigger picture of their cohesive brand.

No need to stress here! These are just the first designs. We're all ears for your feedback, and we'll work that into the project's timeline and budget.

But hey, if for some reason the first designs don't quite hit the spot (though we're pretty confident you’ll adore them!), we're ready to roll up our sleeves and whip up a second round of the Initial Design Proposal.

  • Curious about project duration?

Our pre-made packages come with estimated timescales based on typical client experiences for each package.

However, with custom packages tailored to your business, timescales can stretch shorter or longer. Once we connect after receiving your completed Client Enquiry Form, we'll chat about a project timeline that aligns with the services needed and your potential deadline.

Remember, timescales aren't set in stone. We get that life can get a bit crazy or you might need extra moments to give input on designs and make creative decisions. You might also want to gather opinions from friends and family, and that's totally cool. We're adaptable with timelines, as long as you are too!

If you decide to add more services to your bespoke package as the project unfolds, the timeline might need a little tweak to fit everything. No worries, this is something we can hash out during our collaboration.

  • Upon project completion, you'll receive your design files in various formats for your convenience. We commonly provide formats like .png, .jpeg, .pdf, .svg, and .eps. These formats should cover your needs, but if down the line, you require a different file type, don't hesitate to get in touch – we're here to help!

In addition to your design files, each project also includes your unique Brand Guidelines. This comprehensive PDF covers every facet of your brand, including your font selections, colour palette with hex codes, logo usage guidelines (both dos and don'ts), and recommendations on when to use your primary or secondary logo. It's your brand's manual, ensuring consistent and cohesive branding across the board.
